Syria To Interpol: Arrest Jumblatt!

Just got note that the Syrian military court has issued an arrest warrant for MP Walid Jumblatt which was handed to the Interpol's Damascus office calling on the Interpol to detain Jumblatt by force.

"Nobody knows how many rebellions, besides political rebellions, ferment in the masses of life which people earth."

Yet another joke from the Damascus dictator.

I wonder how funny he thinks Brammertz's finding that an underground explosion took place is.

Even ruthless dictators and brutal violators of human rights can have a sense of humor.

The did this with Khaddam too. He laughed them off and actually ridiculed the legal basis of the move to take this to the interpol.

They shoot at our army, and our PM wants to visit them and be kissy-kissy.

They kill ex-PM Hariri and MP Tueni, they accuse us of killing them, and order arrests of other MPs.

Defense-defense or Offense-offense?

Which approach is working better?

Josey, judging by your faux picture, "peace" aint your gig. But just to set the record straight, our PM is not exactly playing Mr. nice guy. Inseatd, he is playing good, sound diplomacy...and that's why he is so despised in Damascus. The reason he wants to visit Damascus has less to do with eating Barazi'' (sham cookies) and a lot to do with establishing an embassy that would cut traitors like Berri from muddy-ing the official lebanese position every now and with their uncalled for visits.

"How dare you attack our sisterly country of Syria? They have nothing but love and kindness in their hearts for Lebanon."

I really don't know how people believe this stuff. I find it so funny.

They should sent the interpol on this site to arrest us all...haha, it is becoming "Maskhara", I don't know how it is going to end.

I would vote for worst political movie of the year or the century.

To paraphrase Vox, rucking fetards, or pucking petards, or whatever. There's just no limit to what a desperate buffoon like the Simba wannabe can do.

FGA,

Don't be fooled by appearances (pic). Josey was a peaceful man minding his own biz, before they screwed with him. ;)

Re my post. Saniora and the state are projecting weakness at a very crucial time. They are not fooling anyone.

You cannot play diplomacy 100% forever. We've tried that. Diplomacy has to be balanced by force and threats to be credible.

the most funny thing would be that joumblatt enjoys the confort of the syrian jails where he used to send so many people as a lebanese collaborator to the syrians

the lebanese authority should have been arresting that guy after the end of the civil war in 1990 for his crimes and murders

heheheh FGA, sure sure keep calling everyone you don't agree with a traitor ...
At least working with the syrians for so many years tought you some of their tricks for dealing with those who oppose you ;-)
